What's a credit?
A unit of work the AI does — answering a question, running a workflow step, drafting a suggestion. Simple lookups cost less than long tasks. You see usage live and set a monthly cap.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No.
What happens when free credits run out?
Workflows keep their data; new AI work pauses until you top up or the month resets. Nothing is deleted.
Does my Head of People need to approve this?
Not to start. Any HR team member can set up a workflow. Admin controls are there when your company wants them.
Can I leave?
Yes. Export everything — people, policies, workflow history, records — in standard formats at any time.
When does intelligence switch on?
When there's enough signal to be useful: usually after your HRIS is connected and a few workflows are live. Until then you'll see clear rule-based signals, labelled as such.
