At Wisemonk we employ and support thousands of people on behalf of hundreds of companies across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. We've answered the same HR questions thousands of times, chased the same approvals, and watched good people leave for reasons that were visible months earlier.
So we built the system we wanted: one that does the routine work itself and tells HR leaders where to look. We run it on our own team first.
